Seems it might be related with the online ID judging by this thread.

 

Apparently it's exactly the same error you're having.

Make sure the spelling of the nickname as example is correct, in worse case try a new Online ID to see if that solves it.

 

The nicknames I could find on your Revora Account where as follows: gvkghv ,  kongpow24

Hi Everyone 

 

I joined this site when the red alert servers were dropped by EA and I have played for years on this server.. THANKS!!!!!

 

This Morning I broke my laptop and went through the entire process to install Red alert 3 on my new laptop. 

 

Went through the exact download protocol I did years ago. 

 

When I log on to Red alert I type in my user name and password and I receive the following prompt. 

 

"A system Error Occurred. Try again later. If the problem persist, contact customer support"

 

I have never seen this notice. I can play the game not being online so I know it all installed correctly. I can supply more info but I wanted to see want is needed before I start posting everything. 

 

please help, I just had surgery and have nothing to do!!!

Hm... I just checked Shatabrick and it appears you have indeed tried to login today.

Oddly enough, it has recorded that you have logged in on June 30th(today).

 

I've noticed you're using the Origin Version.

Have you ever had issues before such as "Registry is corrupt and has been altered"?

So I logged in this mornig before I brokemy computer. Thats why it says I logged inn on June 30. I have bever had any issues to log in.

in addition, my old computer broke from a screen crack so I can hook it up to a monitor. Should I deauthorize the old computer? Would that work??

Don't think that's the issue.

 

If it's a fresh re-installation of the Standalone version from Origin, it's probably the error described above.

Many other Origin Users had this issue as well the very moment they try to login.

 

Upon logging in, it'll immediately logs out after.

This is a known issue regarding the license key information with Origin users.

 

This should help step by step double checked if this information is in your Windows Registry.

followed every step and did not work. I am going to uninstall and try again. I have 20 USD  paypal for anyone that can help this issue.

Rebought the game and still had same issue. here is a photo after following the above directions. Still not working

just did and it works, I guess Kongpow24 is retired. But i signed in using multiple IDs. Is that ok??

Having multiple Online IDs is fine, no worries about that.

i wanted to follow up to the above post and thank you protoman. im all good now. and thank you to the website. i couldnt play custom maps or recieve custom maps. i followed steps in the theards and it all works now. got all my maps transfered and my orginally id. thanks you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
