Discovered you have to find the individual launchers in the game install folders and launch using the RA3.exe instead of the RA3Launcher.exe or the origin one which uses the same launcher.
However now in game I cannot get "online" to join a game.
Edit: need to use "server" info after clicking on the star to join "online"

I'm using the ultimate collection on origin.
OS: Windows 10 Pro
If I try to use the C&C online launcher it gives me the ssleay32.dll missing.
If I launch through origin it launches normally but can't connect online when clicking the Star thing in the top right. Same happens when using the start menu shortcut. The C&C online launcher is not opened by me using the RA3 shortcuts I have.
I've applied the Ultimate collection launcher fix too and tried solutions given for others to no avail.

You have to use the Rovora server details when you are prompted for the login details for gamespy
