Login issues, please assist

Hi guys,

I only discovered T3A: Online today, which I'm super stoked about. I setup my account, I did specify my T3A online password. I managed to login once, but after that I've been struggled to login successfully. Every single time now I get either "The transaction timed out before receiving a response" and "Login server authentication failed".

I forwarded ports 16000 (UDP and TCP) as well as 18030 (UDP and TCP) but that didn't help me either. One thing that I'm also wondering about, when picking one's locale when logging into multiplayer, does that restrict you that region to play online ? I picked "South Africa" as my locale, when I managed to login the 1 time, it only showed me as the only person online, surely there are lots of other people online?

Then I thought, ok, let me try picking United States, but now, as I've already mentioned, I can't login, so I couldn't test to see if the game region restricts one based upon locale :-(

Any suggestions and ideas are welcome, I can't wait till BFME2 and RotWK support is added.

Hello there, and thanks for posting.

I've had the same issue today. There seems to be a server problem going on. You should try again later.

Sorry for posting only now, but thanks a lot for fixing it. Now I just need to find someone to play against that is as noob as me at the game, or even just for some comp stomping
