Cronal's picture is wrong
That's what I get for not having read it yet... I doubt I'll make it until paperback at this rate. Anyways, from what I can gather on Wook, the dude wielding the Force-enhanced swords is, in fact, Cronal - or at least "Shadowspawn". Nick Rostu does not use that image in his infobox, but it's tellingly used to describe Shadowspawn later in the article.
I'll change it if it's later determined to be wrong, but I'm not sure it is. Naturally, I have to favor Cronal in the flesh opposed to his holoimage.
1) Did I miss something or is it still not possible to get e hero to hyperspace in during a space battle? With this amount of heroes it would be sad if you had to choose between coming with the whole fleet or using one hero at a time only.
Nope, you didn't miss anything. Heroes not showing up in the reinforcements is a failure of the engine; I don't think it's possible to mod out as long as you use hero companies (similarly, they have no tactical population cost, which is incredibly annoying). You can make heroes into actual space units, like Ackbar and Piett used to be in EaW, which would be reinforceable (and have pop cost), but that's not something I want to do because it prevents them from ever showing up on land. I'll keep working on alternatives, but I can't promise anything - to be honest, I think it's a long-shot to fix.
2) Both Khabarakh and Rukh are able to "protect" other heroes from assasins. Does this mean that while you keep them on the same planet no other hero can be harmed? Also, shouldn't Khabarakh be more of a good guy or does the Republic have other characters capable of this?
In a literal sense, they have the Hero Protection ability, which is the same as what Chewbacca's always had since vanilla. Hero Protection just adds a simple modifier to the assassination cost for all friendly heroes in the same system. This won't prevent heroes from getting killed, but it helps to discourage bounty hunters, making it uneconomical. You can also get additional protection galaxy-wide by controlling Kashyyyk or Honoghr.
Tiaan Jerjerrod – General/Admiral/Moff. probably little combat rating but have high logistics and medium motivation.
I just read "Tiaan" in TES and it made me smile. If I'm not mistaken, he was the last major Imperial movie character without a first name (other than Palpatine
). They named a few warlords for the first time as well.
Anyhow, appreciate the suggestions. I'm sure these won't be the last heroes I add, but I do have to focus on those relevant to the existing campaigns first.
