Inner Rim is my favorite campaign so far. Mostly because it runs well, the planets aren't on top of each other, and you have to research everything. A Victory Class Star Destroyer is so good against most rebel ships.

well, hot damn... i finally won a gc, inner rim, without a dang exception crash or loss of units control..

oh and i conquered every pirate. non imp planets first. So happy it didn't crash this time :)

YEA!!! :)

The AI doesn't really know how to deploy heroes properly. That can be fixed, but not quickly.

I was just thinking that heroes could use some land upgrades. Managed to take down Darth Vader with a pair of T4-D platoons and found the end of battle said he had the Immortal with him. Also, Darth Vader is a walking tank. I thought it quite impressive that he deflects turbolasers even. Too bad the AI left him alone.

Yeah, I haven't really done much of anything with hero upgrades and land yet. P3 exosuit Mohc would be good. Oh man, imagine him versus Katarn :evilthinkin:...

Yep, but IT IS also a reason to put heroes with "complementary" abilities in one basket - so they can improve different stats of my troops.

I would amend my original statement, its a reason to not put all heroes with the same leadership qualities in one basket.
