Yeah, just can't keep away ;)  ignore the last post btw, I just needed to run as administrator, had forgotten that.


I will install Soulstorm as well, I used to play it a little but didn't mod for it much apart from helping out a little with people that were.


Anyway, a bit late here but I'll catch up over the weekend.

Hi Guys,


After a 5 year break I'm back messing around with DoW.


I'm pretty rusty at this stuff now but have got DoW and DoW - Dark Crusade reinstalled and patched up to date. I've got the modtools installed as well and more or less got max setup but not fully tested.


I've dug out a load of old mods and am sifting through it all but one problem I am having is I can't remember how to get all the error logs in the logsfiles folder to show up.


I have remade an autoexec file, better than ever now after reading some tweaks on revora, and have the -dev shortcut added and it must be setup correctly as the autoexec is doing it's thing just fine, just no error logs, and there are errors, lol.


Any ideas here?

Anyone knows any other games that AI can take over your troops so you just can spectate the matches?

Oh yeah, I forgot about the Bugfix mod requirement - you can remove it from the module file though if you want.


You'll also need to copy over the movies folder from DXP2 if you want the cutscenes at the start and end of the campaign to play, plus the banners after you take down a stronghold.

This somewhat helps and now AI actually fighting in enemy headquarter territories but with no story. Thank you for making this. P.S. to run this mod needs another mod to be installed https://www.moddb.co...mod-version-156

While in other standart campaign maps F7 disables AI for an enemy and my faction AI too if I pressed F5. But on enemies headquarter territories those commands doesn't work at all. What is going on and why  :sad2:


Because the AI isn't actually controlling the enemy's actions on stronghold missions - it's done entirely through SCAR.


I'm thinking about the solution. Would be possible to edit those maps/missions via map editor to make it as normal map where AI would control the factions as usually? Or to do something with this app http://modstudio.cor...ownloads-5.html ?
