I have only tried the Corsix AE Editor in Ubuntu (Debian) and it works OK.
The game itself runs fairly well.
But in general, I do not recommend it...
Just think that that there were minor issues, even... Within different Windows distros!

I'm thinking about switching to linux and want to know if the modding tools will work in linux, and in which distros.
