Soul 2.4
Background process. Has something to do with some activity going on somewhere. Sorting junkmail, I think. No value or interest. Doesn't do much except hog resource.

Note: I go there too, I happen to be the guy who posted that 'it's good that Sony got over exclusive loss' comment (Paladin58, btw).
OLD SIG
When history witnesses a great change Razgriz reveals itself,
first as a dark demon. As a demon it uses it power to rain death upon the land,
and then it dies. However after a period of slumber Razgriz returns
As the demon sleeps, man turns on man.
Its own blood, and madness soon cover the earth.
From the depths of despair awaken the Razgriz.
Its raven wings ablaze in majestic light.
Amidst the eternal waves of time
From a ripple of change shall the storm rise
Out of the abyss peer the eyes of a demon
Behold the Razgriz, its wings of black sheath
The demon soars through the dark skies
Fear and Death trail its shadow beneath
Until Men united wield a hallowed sabre
In Final Reckoning, the beast is slain.

I got a PS3 on the release day
There's the problem.
Buying consoles on release day is nigh-on pointless. There's barely any games out for it, and those that are out have normally been rushed to meet the release date.
Makes alot more sense to at least wait for the console to build up a good base of games, if not wait for a price cut aswell.
I'm the have all the main competitors sort (PS1 and N64 - Gamecube, PS2 and Xbox - and now Wii and Xbox 360). Always preferred Ninty, but things seem a bit slow with the Wii at the moment so I'm off onto Xbox 360 for now (What the hell is the big deal about GoW by the way? It's so generic its laughable, the AI is utterly terrible and it takes stupid amounts of ammo to kill an enemy, who all appear to be made of concrete and don't feel the need to take cover or twitch when shot. That taking cover thing is cool for a while but all the bad things overcome that.).
Long live Halo 2 and BF2 online.

And multiplayer's a joke. Just a race to the sword.
Halo 1 was, and is, the far superior game.

A race to the sword and the sniper maybe, but even then its not too hard to take someone out. One person doesn't mean alot in Team Slayer anyway.
Sticky grenades for the win.
And yeh, Halo 1 single player is far better. But no online.

There are about 1-2 million Xbox 360's that damage discs. MS has acknowledged the problem but is not going to give refunds. That's what the newspaper this morning said.

ps3? a biiig waste of money, even though i could have waited longer bying my wii, zelda TP was better than any of the release games for the ps3 imo, and it was probably the worst zelda game i've played. i won't even consider getting a ps3 before metal gear solid 4 comes out, and that should save me like 150euro.

No offence intended to Mig but when first read first post in this thread I couldn't help thinking "There's one born every minute..."
If everyone'd refrain from buying for a few months then they'd be FORCED to lower the price just to sell em. Same goes for brand-new games. I am not ever prepared to pay 35+ quid for a game (which is why I always get off play.com now - shit's cheaper, and I usually wait 6 months anyroad).
Besides, by then there might be some games out for the consoles...

Given that it's currently 2bucks to the pound (and was prolly 1.8something-1.9something back then), that's about £250something quid.
Am I the ONLY one who notices how fucked up that is? Like...is nobody else seeing how much we in Europe (and Britain in particular) are getting buttfucked? Especially given how much FASTER the USA got it...
