I'm looking into doing this because almost alll EA games have very bad scaling, only by mods like SEE was that even remotely fixed. So any help?

Quick answer:

Just add Scale = ## (where 1 = 100% normal size) into the object's ini block.

To get everything to work exactly right there are other areas to make it perfect, but that's the easy answer.

Tried that couldn't find the Object button, for some reason none of the games from EA I've installed don't have it. Very confusing.

Never mind found the object thing, but I tried the scaling, is there like a special place you need to put it?

Would the same work with Command and conquer generals, because they're made by EA?

you really need to read some beginning ini tutorials =)
the object is not a button in game, its a note-pad like file called an .ini
every single object in the game has one > a rock, a hero, a building etc.

these can't be accessed in game, you have to extract them from .big's

and not alll EA games will have been made the same way and thus can't be modded the same way , generals and BFME are similar, i do not know of others.

search for the summoned dragon's ini
find a nice spot and add

Scale = 0.5 (if you want it to be half it's original size

Geometry = CYLINDER
Scale = 1.25
GeometryMajorRadius = 11
GeometryHeight = 32

GeometryIsSmall = Yes

Shadow = SHADOW_DECAL
ShadowSizeX = 22
ShadowSizeY = 22
ShadowTexture = ShadowI
End

That is the best place to place it, and in Generals I think is the only place it will work. That is at the end of the building, units ini coding.
