Yep. Mine sucked. With the sole exception of my soccer game that we won 6-0.
You ready for this?

So, it all started this morning when my step-dad decided we needed to clean our rooms. So I did, but my little sister wouldn't stop taking stuff and dumping it in the middle of my room (No, it wasn't my stuff. It was things like the computer chair <.< ). I had to carry her downstairs several times, but my parents can't control her, so she kept on doing it. Eventully I just started pushing her out of my room. Then she hit a wall, and started crying. My step-dad came up, asked what happened. I told him. He screamed at me not to touch people, asked me how I would like it if he pushed me, and promptly did. I pushed him back. We stared at each other for a couple seconds, then he turned and went to go yell at my sister. My mom came up, he left the house, she saw me. I had giant red marks on my chest (I was shirt-less) and almost freaked out. She called him, they argued, she told him not to come back. We went to my soccer game and played rock band.

So yeah. That's where things stand right now. Divorce seems likely. Funny thing is, if he had listened to me when my sister was younger, this wouldn't have taken place. Back then, whenever she threw a fit, he would give in, so she learned that she could throw a fit and be a brat to get whatever she wants. I told him that. He ignored me. And lo and behold, she became a brat that he can't control.
Strange how I'm a better parent then he is, and I'm only 17, and this is his 4th try ( I have a step-sister and 2 step-brothers, then the sister in question is half. I'm not even going into how bad the steps are. 4 kids between them, and the oldest is 23. No health insurance or anything. Ok, I did go a bit into it ;) )

In addition to various girl problems I've had recently (mike and yoda know :xcahik_: ), this week offically sucks.

Yeah, I needed to vent. Sorry guys.
So I apolgize for anything I say in advance. I might kill somone. As much as you can on teh interwebz ;)

Mine was dull, until just an hour ago. Elven and Yoda can probably guess what happened :xcahik_:

I got through the day with no real reminders of it being Valentine's day.

This is the first time I've actually realised it is Valentine's Day. It's probably handy that I don't have a girlfriend right now, all things considered, given that I spent all of yesterday working. And on Revora...

I'm sorry to hear about that situation Elven, I really am.

And I don't do Valentine's Day. I hate it.

Oh yes, I got a giant Reese's heart. It was awesome.

It did in the heat of the moment, but I tried to write it in almost 3rd person. But thanks ;)

Thanks Matias ;)

I don't either. Except get giant candy hearts :xcahik_:

Anyways, a bit of a update: He is not coming back. While the mental health of our house will improve (maybe), he was the definite bread-winner of the family. My mom's job was basicly just to keep her busy.

Look at it positively. Sure, it's not the happiest imaginable valentine's day, but judging from what you wrote it's better, in the long term, that the guy is gone now.

While the mental health of our house will improve (maybe), he was the definite bread-winner of the family.

With mental health but little money, you can still be happy. With lots of money but no mental health, you cannot.

Well, that was crap. I hope things don't turn out too bad for you. My Valentard's Day consisted mostly of me fighting with my mom and her typical nonsensical ranting about how I'll cause god to damn the world or something and that she'll kick me out of the house if I don't plunge a toilet. Seriously, she has some sort of mental disibility that makes her rant like a psychotic person. She gets violent, too. She belted my poor 5 year old half-sister the other day and I nearly broke her wrist trying to get her off. She then started ranting again.
I'm creeping, not gone.

Holy crap Elven, I feel bad for you, and I just got better enought to actually type (I got sick [Me! Of all people! I mean really! I am a fortress against colds and the works! Ah well, I can't brag anymore. :p ], so I didn't have much strength, so I couldn't type, and I still am sick. *cough cough* ), and, CIL, here is what you should do: Call the cops, and pull out a restraining order on dear old mommy. You could, I believe. :p
(Looks for my family's paypal account to send Elven some money) :good:

I always find it difficult to work out a good response in these kind of situations.
And there's little that i could add to those who've posted before me.

So elven, just know that i've read this, and will think about this.
If the above post offended you in any way,
please take note that, until further notice, I don't care, so get lost.

Tried it. Didn't work. My mom bribed the cops with what little she had.

I'm pretty sure that's illegal, CIL. Were I you I would not go shouting about it on an open internet forum.

I hope everything gets sorted quickly and cleanly, Elvenlord. Really sorry to hear about all this.

Thanks alot guys, it really does mean alot.

Well, I got some news. Good or bad? You decide.
He's now back. It was a rather drawn-out process, him calling to ask if it was ok if he came back. At this point I really don't care. He apoligized, etc. I think he's sincere, but I don't know.
Only real reason I'm letting him stay is the fact that I'm going to be gone in a year, and my mom will need all the help she can get. That and now we can get alot more for birthdays and Christmas :p
