We can discuss the show when I catch up... I'm right in the middle of episode 2. That midget (Peter Dinklegde?) is sort of annoying at the moment... I fear he's going to the antagonistic side.

Ooo... finished episode 2. Good... let's hope the Stark boy gets Sarah Conner killed for what she did to Wolfy.

Where can I watch episodes online? Preferably streaming, but I'll download if necessary... Release date for season two is April 1st, by the way.

Buffer time stinks, but it's a good site.

Oh, and nice to see you randomly pop back in, Mikey.

Yeah I lurk pretty often, but life has been getting in the way of things something awful. Thanks for the link!

No probs.

Oooooo... my buffer started right when Hound and Mountain started their sword battle. Way to almost ruin an epic scene. But seriously... this is like the first real sword battle in the entire show; episode 5.

Har... yea, like 5 seconds later, a better battle turned up. Friggin' hill people. I'm sure there will be more epic encounters apart from hill people in the future, so I'm pretty psyched.

Oh yes. Things really kick off about episode seven IIRC.

Hmm... now I'm expecting something awesome to happen episode 7. I guess it's not technically a spoiler, but then I would be disappointed if something epic didn't happen by then anyway.

Ah... I just checked, episode 6 is more action-filled, but 7 no less plot-significant. I think you'll enjoy both regardless.

... You dare tease a Pasidon? ...... I might be watching too much of this show. Oh well. But yea, I'm on episode 6 now. I'll get 7 buffered for tomorrow morning and probably finish up the season. Then I'll be mad since I have to wait for one episode at a time then. Oh, and when Sean Bean said the Barbarian people couldn't cross the Narrow Sea, it struck me as a perfect "One does not simply walk into Mordor" moment.

Har... he got a crown. Epic.

Errrmmm... just finished episode 9. Guess we shouldn't get too used to our cast of characters.....

Da-dum

So, finished the first season. What a load of garbage... I won't be returning for the next. You can count me out. ... But just out of curiosity, when will season 2 be airing?

March I believe someone said earlier. Yeah, I guess you won't be coming back, it is after all a dull show for dull people :p

Yea. ... But I might tune in a few times to see if the Starks claim the iron throne. Or if the White Walkers are a true threat... But I suppose I might have to watch the whole season for that. Drat.

Well, the white walkers is a sort of metaphor for the coming economic crisis(which we're currently in), and the noble families not bothering about them being the rich and powerful 1% believing everything is perfectly fine. As the series is called "a song of Ice and Fire", I'd guess the white walkers are 50% of the shit that needs to hit fans, and the other 50% being fire, which can be both war and other specific elements.

Oh... how deep of them. And I suppose Winterfell being the only kingdom not completely insane is also a metaphor for something.

Nah, they are naive, honorbound and quick to anger :p. I also believe House Greyjoy gets more interaction with Stark next season, with their "We do not sow" motto and all that.

The series isn't garbage. Far from it. They just used season one to really establish the universe and characters. Things will really pick up in season two, and your White Walkers will become more important.

I was afraid I would have to explain my sarcasm... I was being sarcastic, Mikey. The show is in my 10 ten list.
