It hath begun'ith!  So if you see any good deals, or have any recommendations for others to look out for, here's the place to do it.

I got Far Cry 2 with all of the DLCs for $2.50. Not a bad deal really.

Farcry 2 is such an amazing game... I may get that as well.  I love the story behind The Jackal and how your friends always randomize and have very interesting twists with them.  And I do believe the DLC has a silenced shotgun, which is probably the silliest weapon in the game, but also the funnest.

Oh, on the note of Farcry, Farcry 3: Blood Dragon is currently $3.74.  If you like silly weapons, amazing action, well delivered comedy... all in the style of an ideal 80's movie, then you will love Blood Dragon.  And you don't even need Farcry 3 to play it.

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.

I had the meaning of life in my signature, but it exceeded the character limit.

Once again the Steam Summer sale strikes while I'm broke, It's a conspiracy I say.

Maybe it's for the best because I rarely play the games I have on steam as it is.

Witcher 2 Enhanced edition for $4 and DayZ for $25 (who the hell would pay that for DayZ?)

A surprising amount of intelligent people, which is depressing.  It's literally a walking simulator with optional Free For All combat.  And glitchy zombies,,, But Witcher 2 is a nice price for like an 80 hour game.

Also if anyone gets any Summer Sale cards they don't want, old Pasi will take them off your hands.

It's a shame there's so much crap in the survival genre because as a genre it has huge potential but maybe the industry isn't ready for it yet.

If it was to be done right it would have to be a huge production with the resources of one of the bigger developers but so far it's mostly being done by indies and former modders.

The problem is it was originally created by an idiot.  The guy's name was Rocket... he quit the project, so maybe something can actually get done with it.  Like... I dunno... FINALLY FIXING THE ZOMBIE ANIMATIONS.  They've been broken for like 3 years.  Probably longer.

Here's a nice animation of the Polaris Cooptional Podcast performing Rocket's farewell speech when he left the Day Z project.  It is known as the dumbest thing a video game developer has ever said:

You could have talked people to the ledge as well, which by that, I assume means forcing people to spend 30 bucks on an awful, incomplete product.

Oh.  Bolty... you're making me blush.  I dunno... I think that could go on a bigger discount here soon.  I think I'll gamble and wait.

Update: Eh?  It's 25 bucks, Bolty.  Why you gotta excite me like that?  I feel so betrayed.

Agarest for like $5 looks like it might be interesting to me a Strategy RPG with Level-5eque cell shaded graphics.

Oh, 15 funky fresh bills.  Yea, Bolty. I'll buy it if that drops down to 15 bucks.

And Rad, Agarest turned out really, really bad.  I remember hearing about that when it was in beta, but I guess people have been quite disappointed by it, which is a shame.  It looked promising.

Just looking up some reviews for it, it got a 45 on Metacritic so averageish a bit disappointing.

Well, I wouldn't recommend listening to metacritic, but that's probably a fair enough number.

Oh, hey.  Guys.  It would really help me out if you voted in the flash sales and got cards.  I'm playing the Summer Adventure game, and currently, my team is winning.  If I get enough cards, I could get some free games.  Please'o'please help Pasi'deeze!  You can also get a free card by just joining the game by clicking on the game board on the store front page.

Yeah it's pretty annoying to find out you need to install and register for another front end to launch the effing game.
