- Black Hand (Nod's elite troopers devision)

- Kodiak (GDI in TS)
Further when playing Skirmish or online you can choose another three sides:
- Easern Squadron (Cabal's eartern army)
- Central Force (Cabal's main army)
- Western Squadron (Cabal's western army)
When playing the campaigns you're main goal is:
- Cabal : To put the mankind in an Tiberium grasp
- GMF : To destroy the intire Cabal armys
But I need te following voxels or SHP's:
- An powerplant for Cabal (Cabal's logo is an light blue C in an yellow lightning flash)
- An warfactory for Cabal
- Two new mobile construction verhicles (one for GDI and one for Nod)
- Two new constuction yards (One for GDI, one for Nod)
- 5 new cyborgs (they have to look high tech)

FS Allout is gonna have 5 minigames: Tiberian Dawn overlay, Red Alert overlay, Renegade overlay and an overlay with the correct real tank and weapon data from 1976 with tanks like the M113, T10, M113 C&R etc. And a Conflict Zone overlay.
FS Allout whil have new sidebar overlays for both GMF as Cabal. (See Project Perfect Mod / CnC Chat for the GMF Radar aniamtion)
Because of the Ammo / Damage / Defence / Attack / Base interface there will be the possiblity to have automatic defences. These will be gigantic airplanes patrolling the sky and when the find any ground or air unit they will automaticly attack.
You will have the possibility to automaticly advance to Firestorm if you don't have Firestorm and you can choose on starting-up between Firestorm and Firestorm Allout.
The Campaigns will be difficult but I will come back on it later.
The read-me file will also contain the story.
I will draw the images for the story myself (Since everybody tells me that i'm a good drawer.) [Take note: I need two more characters, the leader for the Scorpion Tail and a communication officer for the GMF forces. If anyone knows a bit of character things like eyepatch, golden tooth, scar etc please inform me here]
For the modders out there, there wil be inside the rules.ini a list with stuff I found writing it.
But now to the campaign:
GMF You will start with the objective of freeing the commanders from a fortifeid base, here you will lead the Arc Prime 50. They are a elite commando team of Nod, GDI and Forgotten forces.
After that cabal will destroy almost every GMF base out of anger and the technology will be drasticly decreased. You will now lead a small militia rebellion in a endangered region.
The other GMF commanders will have a tech resort online and will emediatly upgrade the weapons of the militia. The Ion Cannon satelitte in shot down and Cabal is racing towards it. I won't say anymore but after the maybe 35 mission you will be the strongest militairy force.
For Cabal you will almost constainstly fight naval, air and ground attacks against rising militia forces. After that you will enslave them and fight against the rising GMF forces.
There will be several raw material of me inside the main mix file. The modders out there can possible use it. It will contain voxels, resized shp's, rare pictures and more.
I won't spoil anymore. But soon there will be the first screenies.

GMF
Rifle Marine
This is basicly a replacement for the Light Infantery. It is now equiped with a better gun which fires much faster. It's now more like a chaingun. They carry about 600-700 bullets.
Guardian
These infanterists are best used for base defences and scouting. They see stuff from a very large distance, are equiped with sensors andthey can fire from a larger distance then the Rifle Marine.
C4 Dummy
These small robots are the GMF's counter for the C-29374 Destroyer Cyborgs of Cabal. The are unarmed but carry a uranium tank with a small armor containing plutonium and nitroglycerine around them. So whenever they get shot, a gigantic explosion is the effect.
EMP Troop
The EMP Troops are a very valuable units against Cabal. These guys carry a small EMP Launcher which causes small EMP blasts. In battles against the large forces of Cabal they might be the key for victory.
Ion Infantery
A heavily armored infanterist with a small Ion Cannon in their hands. The damage caused by it is a big as the standard Ion Cannon.
Trojan Tank
These tanks are called the Trojan Tanks because the send out hacksignal and hacks into the Cyborg and enemy systems which rate the Trojans as the biggest threats. They can carry about 20 infanterists which will, when it explodes able to fire on the remaining enemy's.
Apocalyte
The Apocalyte is the GMF's answer to the Cabal Planter Destroctor. The Apocolyte is carrying a rapid firing missile launching chaingun. It can fire about 200 missiles per minute. And when it enters Rage Mode it will cause more damage.
Armagedon Strike
This is one of the new superweapons. It will send out one gigantic stealth plane over the target. Ones approaching the target it will release Armagedon for the enemy. This is about 10 Nucliaer Explosions and Gass Clouds remaining. Of course for balance it will take a very long time to load.
It's not all of the GMF but a couple of samples.
Cabal
Rocket T-920
This is bassicly a anti-armor cyborg. It is equiped with a powerful rocketlauncher. Almost any GMF verhicle is heavily damaged after two shots.
Pyro F-2039
This is a new cyborg based on Nod's flame tank. The cyborg carry's a comparable flamethrower.
C-29347 Destroyer
The C-29347 is a suicide cyborg. The are equiped with a extreem amount of explosion attached to the whole cyborg.
Clones
Cabal has the ability to create clones. The clones are as strong as the original only very instable. In one or two shots it's destroyed. Cabal has the ability to create a clone of Tanya, Kane and Havoc.
Hunter K-294
The Hunter verhicle is a deadly tank. It is very fast, stealthy and always precise. The only weakness it has is when it enters Rage Mode it will become faster, and it's arsenal is deadlier but it's also without stealth and easily killable.
Planet Destructor
This tank is hell for it's adversary's. If you thing the Mammoth Mark II was worse. It was nothing compared to this. Cabal has driven the Plasma technology to the maximum. This tank fires large plasma balls of in groups of 10. Each ball is able to annihalate a space of 3x3 cells. Therefor it is wise to have your defences up before you attack.
Okay you read about two times the special mode Rage Mode. This is a bonus stage for some tanks. While the advance throughout the campaign they will also be able to enter this mode. In this mode the tank uses special Tacticus data. This requires a large amount of power and so a couple of things will be blackout while in this mode. Some advantages are: extreem amount of fire, stronger shields, more sight etc. this is just a sample of what is coming in the final version. But you will some sight in what you can expect. And as mentioned earlier if the avarage opinion is weak the project will be canceled. Cause it is a lot of work and I ain't gonna finish it if I know no one will play it.

Firstly I SUCK at SHP's and VXl's. There aren't many TS VXL and SHP sites to download but more from RA2.
Secondly the building list for a side is now a huge list because of the Ammo refill and the automatic defences. In Red Alert II they are split in two tabs. Which makes it easier to overview.
Thirdly in RA2 the Ini files contain some special codes which are required for Allout which TS doesn't have.
Fourhtly I can in one step get rid of the AI problem with the multiple sides. I just throw the Kodiak, Montaunk, Mammoth Claw and stuff to the America, Soviet, Iraq and other countries.
As fifth more player play Red Alert II and so I can have more Beta Testers. Currently I have only 3.
As sixth I think there can be movies created for it. Which it handy for the campaign.
But there are some downparts to it.
The Rage Mode must be sacrificed and so some tanks must be rebalanced.
The acceralte and deacerrate functions are gone.
Some things must be changed.
So for now I need a staff cause I now realized the hard way that you require staff for large mods. So these people are required. Send in here if you wanna gife yourself for the staffteam.

On the first you will see three tanks that are not normally in Tiberian Sun. The complete tank (with turret and barrel) and not the hovering turret (still don't know how that came to be) is going to be the Tank in the Conflict Zone overlay. Also the HumVee on it is gonna be the Reconnaissance Jeep. And on the second picture you'll see a new kind of infantery. This is the Rifle Militia. They are part of the Militia. Every Game you will start with Militia for GMF and for Cabal slaves.
