"Can't connect to backend server RA3"

Hello,

I am trying to play Red Alert 3 Online.  I am able to play C&C Kanes Wrath successfully.  

When attempting to log onto RA3:

1. Opened C and C Online as Admin
2. Clicked Launch RA3 from C&C Online
3. Attempted to Login using my email and password.  (double checked all that)
4. "Can't connect to backend server"

Windows 10
Origin Version of RA3
 

Using server nntest.cnc-online.net:30000

Hi! Could you also please post your launcher Error Log?
If you don't know how to do that, you can read the pinned thread How to report issues:

  • Your error log file. This can be found by typing %TEMP% into your Windows search bar. The file you need is called CNCOnline_Log.txt. You may upload it into your post or copy and paste its contents.

Is your Red Alert 3 from The Ultimate Collection bundle?

Yes,

and now my C&C3 doesnt work anymore :(

Please install the Fixed launchers for the Ultimate Collection (Which is available in pinned thread "Common Issues & Solutions" too);

If it doesn't work, try disable "Origin in game" (you can find that inside RA3's game settings in Origin);

Are you sure that you started your game from C&C:Online Launcher?
