causes out of sync errors

First question , I am a bit rusty
1. How do you create and SAVE a BSE file in world builder ?
I need this to create a new fortesss type building with build plots

2. So I somehow managed to create a BSE file and I can use it in game

Object porter builds unpacks into the central portion and the build plots just fine
BUT IN SKIRMISH ONLY
when I network the game and build the structure I get an - out of sync error
I checked individually the objects involved and I can build them individually , just never as a true fotress

So can anyone just give the step by step method to create a new fortress in WB and have it usable in a Network game - player vs player

Never mind ,
I figured it out
I am a bit rusty
So you save it but ensure the NAMING is proper , edit the file extension MANUALLY

It was a faulty BSE file giving the OOS error
So I edited one I had saved in the mod but never used
Then I mapped the structures to some ingame objects that are temp files

It DOES NOT CRASH the game now , so All is well
A bit sloppy coding , but I guess whatever works

I even got help from some of my old posts which I did helping others
