In my Battle for Middle-earth II mod, Final Years Of The Third Age (Fyotta), this is the Easterling faction's cavalry building, the 'Golden Stall'. This structure trains Easterling Kataphrakts (who, in this mod, will be able to toggle between jousting and archery just like Rohirrim can in Vanilla bfmeII) and Easterling Chieftains (which will be like Dwarven Battlewagons but pulled by Dire Lions and driven by a genuine Easterling trooper that has a upward-spiked helm and a cape to make him look like a chieftain).

It's a good layout, as is your fortress. And it is great to see new people try modelling. :) I'd love to see some original models, maybe the vanilla textures can inspire you.
