why cant play always unable to connect

I've tried everything. Installed gentools v8.0 installed ultimate edition from Origin. Disabled Windows firewall.

 

Any other tests we can run to see if ports are blocked?

Same here... I also tried disabling antivirus and open all ports but it simply does not work
