the bf1942 intro is what I consider High poly... and high-quality1916 polys, most BF1942 Abrams are mid 2000, so its pretty close to high poly for games. Its not real high poly though, 100000 polys is high poly.

depends on talent. It could sometimes take someone only 2 to 3 days to make a very high detailed high high poly tank. but thats only because of contract issues and they have to get it done or they lose their client. But 3 weeks is the norm maybe sometimes longer. Thats usually how long stuff takes me but thats only cause I work with the model an hour out of the day. so techincally if you add up the hours it only comes up to 21...LOL..not even day so go figure..I think he's talking about the image killakanz posted, although I can't see it, but since it links to turbosquid, I think it's a pretty good (and high poly) model, and I would assume it would take 3 weeks to make it, that's how long it takes to make a REALLY detailed model of a tank, working on it everyday of course
