I quite agree with MiG. I only researched the XB-19 part, and realised that it, and probably the rest of the post, was complete bollocks. Apart from the fact the 19 used FORWARD-FACING props...

However there was an (ONE) XP-17J Thunderbolt that did that speed. It had forward-facing props tho. It was a test flight...there's no way they could realistically control that speed. Chances are if it dared to do a bank turn the force would've torn the airframe to pieces.

MiG, if you can provide the designation of that pusher-prop unit, it's probable you can bury his ramble

OLD SIG
When history witnesses a great change Razgriz reveals itself,
first as a dark demon. As a demon it uses it power to rain death upon the land,
and then it dies. However after a period of slumber Razgriz returns
As the demon sleeps, man turns on man.
Its own blood, and madness soon cover the earth.
From the depths of despair awaken the Razgriz.
Its raven wings ablaze in majestic light.
Amidst the eternal waves of time
From a ripple of change shall the storm rise
Out of the abyss peer the eyes of a demon
Behold the Razgriz, its wings of black sheath
The demon soars through the dark skies
Fear and Death trail its shadow beneath
Until Men united wield a hallowed sabre
In Final Reckoning, the beast is slain.

LMAO

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Why am I not surprised you asked that :shiftee:

Only four G5N1’s where built in 1941 & then they where used as transports. Again only four G8N1’s where build before production was cancelled, now tell me why I should use them?

Well the mitsubishi 'betty' bomber isnt a heavy bomber either and it would in no way be considered a medium bomber either. Think about it the G8N1 could carry up to 4,000 kilograms of bombs. Its kind of unfair if you think about it the Italians get the piaggio P108B when they should be getting the SM.82 canguru which could carry 500 kilograms more bombs. Basically all the other countries get heavy bombers or close enough to it when the japs dont.

So you're whole argument for me adding it is because it’s big... :shiftee:

edit: & the japs don’t get a true heavy bomber because they never used any!

no because it has a greater bomb carrying capacity, range and better defensive armanent. It is also less vulnerable to fighter planes etc...

And what about the germans getting the he-177 a-5 ? THEY USED THOSE
