You can only use other people's stuff if you ASK them (no ask, no use, or you're screwed), and you have to actually CONTACT them (may I suggest e-mail or instant messenger?), NOT just give them credit (including the members of your modding team, or man, will they be PISSED). Don't edit other people's stuff either without their permission (again, if you don't get proper clearance, you get ------> XP [<- that means dead, or worse, blacklisted]).
Note: The only reason why I did this, is because I'm feeling a little loopy right now. If any mods see this, and find any language inappropriate, please change it, as at the moment, I can't remember what I was typing about. Speaking of, what was that again? Ah, yes... *keeps rambling incoherently*

OLD SIG
When history witnesses a great change Razgriz reveals itself,
first as a dark demon. As a demon it uses it power to rain death upon the land,
and then it dies. However after a period of slumber Razgriz returns
As the demon sleeps, man turns on man.
Its own blood, and madness soon cover the earth.
From the depths of despair awaken the Razgriz.
Its raven wings ablaze in majestic light.
Amidst the eternal waves of time
From a ripple of change shall the storm rise
Out of the abyss peer the eyes of a demon
Behold the Razgriz, its wings of black sheath
The demon soars through the dark skies
Fear and Death trail its shadow beneath
Until Men united wield a hallowed sabre
In Final Reckoning, the beast is slain.

If a resource is public (i.e, downloadable in an obvious place, such as YR:ARG, the forum, etc.) then it may be used freely, however you should credit the original author.
If a resource is not public (i.e, taken from a mod) you should not use without first gaining permission. The author should also be given due accreditation.
If you use an editted resource, you should still credit to original author, and gain prior permission if its not publicly released.
Its actually just a simple matter of courtesy, don't use something thats not yours unless you credit the author. And at the end of the day, vxl's are piss easy to make anyway
