Thanks, cameo for the Plasma Emitter. I am not that good with cameos but I am getting better :wink:

Btw I am not using standard RA2 font, SR is in red and the NR is blue.

New infantry, well not really the infantry is inside of the aircraft and it acts like the rocketeer.

Nice Gamemate. But i think it needs mroe work. Looks a bit too plain. Maybe a bit more detail.

The shadows aren't right either, but maybe you just didn't make them yet,now it looks like a rocketeer shadow.
Nice anyway, but some extra details is not a bad idea...

Details is coming it is just a test to see that the afterburners look right, the shadows might be a problem because it seems like it defaults to these.
If people were more constructive with their comments, then this place would be more enjoyable

It is a TC (total conversion) so all the buildings will be new including the civilian buildings.

I have several ideas for tech buildings but I won´t explain them now because I need to test some of them first.

Basic info about the mod.

Infantry is cheap and weak (very good in numbers).

Tanks are set into different types.

Scout: basic armor, weak weapons, very good speed and good sight.

Ranged units: Medium armor, very powerfull weapons, low speed and good sight.

Close range units: High armor, powerfull weapons, high speed and poor sight.

Support units (repair units... and so on): Medium armor, weapons with repair capabilities, medium speed, good sight and selfheal.


Overall gameplay.

Units depend more upon the terrain.

Units most work together more than in RA2 to make a successfull assault.

The only way to repair a vehicle is by using a repair drone or mobile repair platform.

Superweapons takes out entire bases, this makes sure that you act fast and that battles doesn´t last forever.

heyy gamemate, you think you can do me a Dragon Artillery? its basically a Soviet Tank with a long thin turret, it's very simple, I dont care how you make it, but what you can do is just edit that Soviet Tank from YR arg by making it's turret up higher a bit raising it a few degrees and making it longer, alot longer. the tank looks like this, wut do u say?

I don´t like to remake other peoples voxels but I can make an exception as long as the creator doesn´t mind.

Some uppdates regarding the SR Plasma Emitter.

As I have tried to learn how to make my own textures I have also learned how to make better 2d graphics than before so beneath is 2 new cameos of infantry (they are made out of old RA2 cameos). If anyone would like to use them I left out the text.

Not yet but I have them in psd so it would not take long to add a smaller text bar.
