Hello, after i saw it was a mess(the topic) i cleaned it up.. and removed the old files.. anyways lastly i made a new model. i tried to Redo the hover MRLS from TS and add my own twist to it.. i might convert it to vxl if i feel like it ;).. anyways enjoy..

You have lots to learn young padowan ;)

You need to work on cutting down on unecessary vertexes, most games are forgiving but you should work on making your model look as good as possible with as few polygons as possible. Example below of what I mean, the red is unecessary vertexes. You should be able to find out how to optimise it, I won´t give you specifics and best method, always better to test than be given the answers.

The smooth level is too high, lower it some :p If you want a really smooth and rounded model use turbosmooth or meshsmooth and select the areas you want smoother instead. This is not recommended for game models though (unless pre rendered art).

Polygon counter is in the utility section.

Anyway keep practising :p

btw, i don't know how to lower smootihng since i never touched it:P. and iam still bussy on perfecting it. so thats why i left those uneccesery vertextes.
but thnx for the infos...

btw iam off tohelp some people moveing(verhuizen) in my language.. so ill be off....
