I think he meant the rest of the CNC3 forums. But he is kinda right, as the OW Staff forums are quite active, so the team is still there and posting 
But until the Mod SDK is out, we can't really mod that much, so I guess public activity will resume when modding begins.

Actually, the mod is dead. Boomer got run over by a train, Marcjs was eaten by a horse, Sam has moved to Birmingham to open up a sweat-shop, Duke is raping and pillaging, Torn is in prison for genocide and I have aids.
