Cyber general has a small tech tree in his generals powers window.
at first he can choose weather to specify inAdvanced Micro articulation, which allows Spider mines, Seeker heavy droids and stormtrooper andriods to be built.
when he has another point he can put it in Advanced Macro Articulation, which allows the assult spider mech and Seige Spider mech to be built.

however doing means he looses out on some other generals powers, such as the rank 4 a-10 strike(5 a-10 planes), and the level 3 cluster tomahawk bombing power, or the level 3 drone swarm or the carpet bombing power, and the a-10 becon drop. if he doesnt do this, he looses out on some of the most powerful units to help his attack force.

some of the upgrades he has are-
Cluster upgrade-allows all tomahawks to drop cluster bombs
AI Missiles- increase missile firepower
Uranium armour- increase mech armour
Drone armour- increases drone armour
TOW missile
AI production- reduces cost of mechs
and invisible drone- allows scount drone to become invisible


All screen shots are of new units/features. anything that was in the origional ZH has not been photoed. (e.g crusader tank, microwave tank etc)

Barracks with automated production upgrade- allows constrution of spider mines/stormtrooper/leech
drone/guardian drone/sentinal drone/ medic drone/repair drone and cyborgs.

the Iron man mech. the Fanfirs little brother. armed with 2 high powered sniper cannons, 2 high caliber chain guns, and 6 homing anti tank rockets. (same as siege spiders)

the heavy assult Fanfir mech. armend with 2 miniguns, 2 packs of missiles, 2 fast reloading high powered lasers and two very high damaging railguns.

the standard vehicals built from warfactory. Planes- Pegasus on the left. drops 1 bomb. can be upgraded to bunker buster. taking off is the robo raptor. has 4 raptor missiles. both are stealthed.

The construction worker looks like it's based off of GDI's Wolverine and the advanced construction mech looks like it's based off of GDI's Titan.

Everything else looks nice.

Both construction units are based off the GDI versions with recolored skins and all new animations. They have aditional conditionstates as well to let them work, such as carrying boxes like a GLA worker.

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

is it possible the drone swarm isn't working?? I click and nothing happens :( even if I wait a long time :( and if you hold your mouse above the icon of drone swarm it says something whit experience

I'll double check the button, but I'm 100% sure it works because its one of my favorite general's powers. It excells at securing choke hold areas vs the AI.

Acctually you don't have t odouble check it cause I used the power several timews in the last week, okay it take's some time to deploy but it works only the descriptiom , like most descriptions, isn't worth reading, that's sth we got to correct

yer it takes a while as the drones fly from off screen and also when they fly in there in a tight group and just like the helos u kill 1 and they all die.
So maybe when u deplyed them some enemy AA killed them while they was in that tight grouping while flying to the target.
They only split up as they get to the target.

what do you mean? in looks or power?
There is alot of decent models and alot of really cool powerful units... However i gotta say i always loved the fafnir from my mechwarrior days ;)

Thread updated to include the Iron man mech. buildable from mech bay after tech centre 2 has been built.

also, for balace the assult spider is planned to loose its chain guns. so it will be come an more versatile and more armoued tank destroyer.

everybody here is a little vid showing the leatest internal version of Cyber General. The vid doesn't have usual quality due to some problems with it's creation but it still should be fun to watch.
