A suggestion-maybe you could rename the Rohan Builder to something like "Rohirric Porter"? It sounds a lot less generic, if you ask me :p
Cheers, and great job so far,
-mike

Rohirric Porter it now shall be :p

In a couple of scenes you can see the Royal Guard; will they be in the mod? Never mind, saw the Helm's Deep Defenders. :D

Is Hama going to be in the mod?

Well, since he is killed by a warg before the battle in the movies, he will not be in the mod. Now, I know in the books, he fought and died in HD but this mod will be focused more on the movie because the battle in the book was pretty small. Haleth, however, is in the mod and has an ability that relates to Hama :D

Neither am I. This map's goal is to bring the battle of Helm's Deep like it was in the movies right?

Then why have Saruman, Lurtz and Gríma?

Not necessarily true... Although I'm creating this mod with a lot of inspiration from the movie, my goal is also to incoporate other elements into it. There's going to be some cool and surprising featuers that are not from the movie to add a much more surprise element to it. For example, Saruman is going to be a lot different from the one in the game now. Trust me, the things that are not from the movie are going to be a neat addition to this mod :p

so you could also ad boromir, faramir, and more of this shit?

yehaww, gondor DOES come to help!!!!!!!!!

How about Erkenbrand and Grimbold(the rohirrim dude next to Eomer when they charge).
Or make some Isengard heroes up, maybe when you finish this you could make a minas tirith version?(i could help, i know alot about that battle).

Erkenbrand would pretty much be a clone of Eomer and Grimbold is too minor of a character to be a hero  As for Isengard heroes, I'll probably just stick with the Uruk Captain, Saruman, and Wormtongue.

I think there's enough on Rob's plate for the time being

i would like to see berseks with shields as a power. When you use that power they get less damage especially from arrows but walk slower.

i got an idea about how to show both wormtongue and saruman; give em full uruk armour exept helm, to give em a bit of a warlord look.

eh... let's not get crazy here. :xcahik_: I actually may reconsider my decision on Wormtongue and Saruman and only make them available on the multiplayer version of the map.

Are you going to follow the canonical thing and have Erkenbrand lead the infantry down the slopes whilst Eomer helps defend or how the stupid movies did it?
I'm creeping, not gone.

Well, you're very objective on what you prefer more. ;) I'm probably going to follow the movies on that part. The problem I have with Erkenbrand is that he would be nothing more than a clone of Eomer. If I really wanted to follow the books, then I would also have to remove all the elves, and that's not going to happen. :p Actually, if I followed the book, than there wouldn't be much point in doing in the HD map considering it was only chapter long. :D
