If someone posts flames or spam you give them a link to the board guidlines (which this skin does not have a link to <_< ). If thay do it again you click the + to incress there warn level. If thay get 5 warns thay get banned. Simple and effective.

as i said i got a quick question what is the warning system for exactly? i know its probably for warning people (duh) but what exactly is it for?

wat if someone clicks it and they get warned until they are banned but didn't do anything? that would suck
