Mammy Tanks! Make it nto to weak ok? Just give it Rocket Pods that are the same as teh ROcket Buggy (or even better) and a powerfull cannon able to do some seriosu damage to Osiris Tanks etc. :p

it is built with 1 cannon.

then each salvage crate adds this to it-
Armour
another cannon
then 2 rocket pods +more armour

Its not a match for the Osirus though. The Laser Heavy tanks are Tech3 tanks... the mammoth is a tech1 unit, like the overlord.

A fully upgraded (2 crates) mammoth can stand toe to toe with an overlord and win, though direct from factory it won't stand a chance in a 1 on 1

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

A pulled trailer deploys manualy, the deployed trailer may engage targets at will. It may also entrench to become a permanent base defense. entrenched defenses are much more resistant to enemy fire.

no. they' arn't avaiable to the same generals so theres no reason to make them different. Besides, a trailer has no armor either, so its not like it would be any tougher than the buggie.

Once entrenched though it gets all the benefits of being a base defense.

I hope they take a good while to upgrade so they cannot be sent through a sneak attack and very quickly entrench (if the power and unit are of the same faction).
You have shown one of the technical models - would it be possible (and easy) to make this unit randomly use the 3 technical variants? That would be a nice touch.

if I had understand well the crop duster will be availeble, will it be the same one as contra005? (arms dealer (no airport), take off/land buttom, stealthed while on the ground, switch between acid/toxin, mg availeble while driving around,...)

That l0ooks great... ^^ I hope it won´t take that long to complete... But far more important is a new A.I. for all Fractions that are finished atm... ^^
