Well JEV don't worry about the jack skin right now im doing it along with a friend, I am sorry I cannot help you with your problem I use 3ds max, alot more choices and easier when it comes to unwraping models.

i have been modaling for about 4 months all in all, thank you, i m very ariciative for your coment and other popels comnet, i think that its a bit of both realy that took me about 45 mins to make, so i can make more deatailed models than that, like the black pearl took me about 4 days

Hey not many updates but i promsie alot of work has been done. Skinning is where we are weak but managed to get something some what skinned and put in game with an new fx and i present to you ...Jack Sparrow, He has a nice power that i call bravery, 200% damage and 100% armour.:
