I increased the brightness of the pic with photoshop, and (no offence) it looks like it's been done with MS Paint... Listen to Matias' advice, because if that's the quality of your skins, I doubt anyone wants to play your mod...

Like Matias said, don't do skins from scratch, I'm pretty convinced that you can do great skins by modifying EA's skins/taking parts of the skin from photos etc. Because that's what I did for a long time before I started skinning from scratch... So keep learning :)

using renx animation is fairly simple
butt
do it slowly and get it right the first time
its when you have to go back in frames to edit something, that it alllll goes haywire.
> but saying that it isnt as simple to make the beautiful smooth and realistic ones like _cahik makes.

If he wont move at all - that probably means he isnt bound correctly - even witha mucked up animation they'll still move, just.... differently.

There is another reason why it may not be moving even when rigged, If your rigging is correct.
Then it is an W3D setting, You havent got one of the settings that are supposed to be "Ticked" set... Do the following,

Before exporting it in File>Export, You must give the animation the correct settings:
1.Go to utilities tab (The Hammer Icon)
2.Select All Bones.
3.Select "W3D Tools"
4.Make sure "Export Transform(Bone)" is on.
Now you can export it

I will admit that I'm seeing some good progress with your art. You still have a ways to go, but I encourage you to keep working on it :good: Considering that you're doing this without really much help beside tutorials online is pretty good. The only way I got good at photoshop was because I took a whole year of it in high school :good: You seem to be determined to become good at your skinning and I encourage you to stay passionate for it.
