well in yout tut you move the white box's and they stay on that place but when i do it it respawn to his start position

I think I've seen what you've done there. You've applied one UVW Unwrap modifier to all the objects. You gotta give a separate one to each individual objects.

so you mean that i need to select every time 1 box and give it a UVW unwrap or something

Yes, each object needs it's own UVW Unwrap modifier. Just having one applied to all objects wont work.
