I'll be watching to see what turns up art-wise .
I really don't do requests and my Arnor Soldier is not fit for BFME. Don't ask me for either.

However, if both ethics and the rules of modding were thrown out the window, we'd just port over TEA's changes to the existing factions.
Have't discussed that with either Matias or Lauri yet, though, so don't take that as fact - or even a rumour.

Anyway, here's two proposed Dwarven heroes (proposed meaning I just thought of them and haven't talked with either Matias or Lauri 'bout them):
Múrin
Description: One of a pair of traveling Dwarves, Múrin is quite unusual in that he wields a bow as his weapon of choice. Surprisingly, they are quite unlike their kin in that they choose to traverse the many miles that cover Middle-earth. Having ventured everywhere from the Dwarf Holds in the Iron Hills to the Gondorian fief of Lossanarch, to even enjoying respites in the House of Elrond in Rivendel, they are well-aquanted with people in many different lands.
Powers:
Level One- Marksman. Increases his attack power by 70% for a short period of time.
Level Two- Expert Shot. Fires a powerful ranged attack.
Level Four- Companions. Passive. Increases his attack rate when close to Drár.
Level Five- Geared for War. Increases his armour values by 100%.
Drár
Description: The other half of the pair, Drár is different as well in his use of a sword and shield. He is a valiant warrior, having fought many an Orc, Goblin, and Evil Man in his time - and always coming victorious. Though he often quarrels with his friend Múrin, he is also loyal to him and enjoys the company of another like-minded individual. He is garbed in various leathers and maile, a stark comparison to the wealthier Dwarves that reside in their respective realms.
Powers:
Level One- Goblin Bane. Increases his attack power by 70% for a short period of time.
Level Two- Baruk Khazad! Radiates a leadership bonus of +25% speed and +25% attack power to nearby units.
Level Three- Shield Bash. Single, powerful attack with knockback.
Level Five- Geared for War. Increases his armour values by 100%.
---
There you go. In no way is this fact, or even going to happen (for the time being).
Just some ideas I've had floating around in my head. Feel free to comment!
Cheers,
-mike

I'd like for Geared for War to be a visual upgrade, but that's pretty low on the priority list.
And thanks

still, I'll let Matias come in and give a word
But yeah, I don't think that they should really have any more than at max 8, pluss Bard II....
Unless the dwarves will be loads of heroes, high CP hordes, and just plain max damage and defence, then yeah... I don't mind

Gimli, Son of Gloin, is by personal pick if removing heroes.... I mean, he does fit quite nice with Legolas and Aragorn in Rohan, and he didn't do any figthing in the Lonely Mountain, did he?
So, if I had a word now, I would say
Dain II
Thorin III
Dwalin
Gloin
Bifur
Bofur
Murin\Drar
or
Dori\Hadhod (with his Elegost)

Here's what I see as the essential heroes:
Dain II Ironfoot - big leader guy, the "Theoden" of this faction
Thorin III Stonehelm - powerful, troop leading hero, "Aragorn/Eomer-esque"
Gimli - mid game hero
Hadhod&Elegost/Murin&Drar - early game heroes.
Anyone besides that would be extras, really.
I realize that Gimli didn't do any fighting for the Lonely Mountain during the War of the Ring, but I like to think of our Erebor faction as "pre-WotR" era...if that's to be contested, okay. I guess we can leave him in Rohan..
However, it really depends on how many heroes Matias wants to do, so I'll wait for him to say something before deciding anything final.
Cheers,
-mike
