Well I'm considering putting some of the pics I took but some of them contain 3rd side units I will post one pic of them but again they're in the beta stage

This I took while playing the soviet AI its quite chaotic now since I enabled demo trucks terrorist attacks and kirovs haven't managed to beat it yet :lol:

that and its iraq and have not actually added the new unit attacks except for a quad cannon defense otherwise I'd be more scared of nova tanks than apocalypse ones

Elite images done by Factionmk I just copy pasted the star to my pip shps


This is a bug test I was doing while fighting the 3rd side that are indeed they're power plants but they're just place holders till I learn SHP stuff

i think you mean to say that ifv thing, near the ore mine, cause the avenger doesn't have any veterancy


now, cool looking mod

from what i can see it looks cool

are those tanks in the second pic belong to the third side?(the ones up the top)


also, with those third side infantry, they seem to be a bit to similar to a conscript(when i first saw the pic i thought they were just brown recoloured conscripts)

can you shp? cause if you can maybe you could get rid of the remap on one shoulder or something, just so they look a bit different, or maybe do something else, but right now they look like conscripts with tight pants and brown uniform


i like that robot tank thing, it looks cool, and the parasite guys are also cool

what scheme is your forth side going to have?(for example, allies is blue steel, ect. in TS, gold was GDI, and nod had black and red), cause right now it looks like they are going to use an allied style scheme, please don't have them same as allies, maybe they can have gold like gdi, or maybe black and green, but if you make them like the allied scheme, they will look bad


now i know you said some of the things are place holders, so i can understand, just asking you not to ruin them by giving them the same scheme as allies

They're gonna be GDIish colours are not 100% yet

the grey tanks are from the 3rd side as well kinda missed them

yea the brown troops are from conscript images just the legs are terrorist they're meant to look like TS gdi gunners I can do troops I meant buildings are the problem They'll be changed abit too once I get voxels done (since I have a few things to do)

I do have a recolor of that tank though done right here

I should've been a little more clearier that IFV has the elite image and the avenger is there since theres no screen shot of it.

good, im glad you aren't making them look like allies, you you can probably tell, i don't like that (like the future forces in the Third War)



and yeah, those troops do look like the GDI guys, but just the bit ontop, its the same as the conscript, so it makes them look the same


so those are the normal tanks of the third side?

are you going to use any converted stuff(eg TS, or generals, over even C&C3?)

The tank is the basic tank but it and other 3rd side units have a secret ability

Gonna make the voxels so probably no converted stuff though some units etc are inspired by cnc3 and ts

tbh at the one you attack with the iron curtain and the PP,the sentry gun image noticed me,it doesnt fit with the other base defense pics(or whateva theyre called =p) it seems a bit more of 3d compared to the other ones,so i think that would be a bit nicer to see that way aswell

Well I haven't added them all except for the RAD tank and the storm tank which may remain in the main allied armies proved useful to the AI while I was battling them yesterday

and I need to change some things with the rad weapon but I'll do that today and put a pic of it

Yea I might modify their weapons and recolor them thats last though cause it takes weeks to make infantry

heres the Iranian Rad tank I was talking about does different effects to iraqs nova plus thers the updated grenadier and flame tank and new demo plane and quad cannon units

Credit go to apollo for the green blast animation TX1138 for the Green nuke blast and the Rad and flame tank voxels medusa for the quad cannon updated version and the Yak plane voxel Big Jah plus the cameo is done by him too and Grenadier (actually is a flamethrower soldier) by Chrono Loony

EDIT I managed to fix the Rad beam problem I had so heres the final beam

i see the flack track is replaced, are you getting rid of flack completely?


also, for your third side you could use a modified flack sorta thing and it plasma, or somthing(so you could recolour to blue maybe


your cameo's look very nice, no crappy half rate cameo's that i can see

but i do see that hiding behind the box is a demo truck Mk2, you should know that people ridicule you for that name

so if i were you i would change its name, get rid of the Mk2, the name i came up with is the MAD demo truck, which fits perfectly (MAD stands for Mutually Assured destruction, if you didnt know, so that means they both get destroyed, which is exactly how a demo truck works)



also, i have to ask something, i cant see a repair button on the HUD thing, how are you s'pose to repair buildings without it?

Flak tracks still there the quad cannons just a heavier AA defense unit

and yea I was aware if the Mk2 thing awhile back I've just been lazy about changing it :)

I've set auto repair on and enabled the power toggle system like in TS by N patch

Well a Advance command bar is being worked on so they may come true soon

And I'll spoil a unit from the 3rd side thats being tested a mad tank with the blast power to flip tanks over!

oo, that's an idea, you could give the yuri magnetic tech to 3rd side(do they have a name yet?), have a tank with a flipping beam, also they can take the magnetron, and maybe a type of transport that's like a ufo(instead of landing to load, it beams them up into it, and back down) and maybe a magnet cannon



anyway, that would be cool to have a special command bar like that, i wonder what eles people would add besides power toggle, repair and sell (and maybe have the way point button up there)

if the mad tank idea doesn't work out it may be changed to a tank flipping unit

I don't think the code for a air unit beaming up transport is possible it must land to take in units

the magnetron idea though maybe useful for another country unit as I'm trying to fit more 3rd side forces to equal the 10 allied and 10 soviet countries

lol my quadcannon, the barrels can't be fixed becuase of that stupid voxel header thingy, otherwise it works fine.

What i'm liking most here, is the good use of cameo's. I always liked the idea of a tank drop for Yuri, too... Not sure about giving it to any of country, to be fair. :p
