Weapons: a cross bow with a scope,dagger , and a hidden blade(pops out from the under side of the hand)

Alignment: Evil
History: Cody was rased as a child training to be a assassin,when he was 16 his family was attacked and all but him survived of his family ,when he became the age of which he could travel alone he had already made his mind,kill any one that stood in his way to unlocking the secrets to the temple and what lay inside it,and also to find who killed his parents,and assassinate him.
Occupation:Assassin

I'm not sure how well rifles would work in this fantasy RPG...

Going to jump the gun (pun intended) and slap this in here for Gandalf:

NO MODERN-ISH WEAPONS. No rifles.
Reasons why:
1. Fantasy RPG. Like straight up, not steampunkish.
2. Rifling of a barrel is very complicated, and was not thought up until the 16 or 1700's. Approx. 500 yrs after the world figured out how to fight each other with hand-cannons.
3. Hand cannons only appeared after EONS of sword-and-arrow combat.
4. People have already tried to say "A basic pistol" in their character registration. If Gandalf has told them no, then why would he say yes to a rifle?

Yeh just give yourself a scoped bow and you should be ok... but its up to Nowe.

looks like you should look befor you leap copaman....

Gnomes: Taller than dwarves, and tons more ugly. Technologically advanced enough to create simple machines and guns. They live inside hollow mountains and hills, as well as some surface dwellings.
>Average Age: Reach maturity at 18, can live to be 60
-Technology: Easy access to guns and other such advancements.
-Clumsy: Gnomes are clutzes. They are more prone to accidents than all of the other races combined.

so either get rid of the gun, or make yourself a gnome, oh and of coarse it wouldn't be any modern day guns, kinda like the very first guns ever invented, im guessing....

Thanks Copaman, completely agreed. Yes, only the Gnomes have guns, SIMPLE ones at that, hand cannons as they are also referred to. And ONLY gnomes may use them, as it is crafted for their small, slender hands. And they have shocking magic placed on them so only gnomes can use them. So don't even think you can 'pick one up' off the black market.

Crossbows are fine, a scope is fine, so long as it doesn't give you 100x magnification, as in this era it'd be about 2x-5x and a very basic scope. Other than that, I'd like history to be up there first before I approve this.
