Both H-L2/C&C Origin sites are going bad.

Suggestions to improve them are essentail if you read this topic.

The main problem is the conflict with Origin Modding, it's basicaly the same as both, but it's for all games. C&C Origin could also conflict with GenDev.

My thoughts were to have each run by someone other than me, any modding info would be mirrored on Origin Modding still.

Having everything overlap has always been a problem.

GenDev might or might not branch, it just depends, and some conflict is fine, so for now, I think that things can stay the way that they are. For anything to do with GenDev, you might want to wait a bit until we get off the ground a bit more.

C&C Origin = C&C + modding
PPM = C&C + modding

C&C Origin + PPM = more C&C and more modding, but this would be insane :p...

PPM doesn't have Generals stuff though.

I really would like to help by making stuff for CNCOrigin, but I think the best thing I can do for the network is release Defcon, and make sure I have a succesful marketing campaign before its released.

PPM's forum system stops it from ever being a real page. If you have any suggestions for doing 'C&C Origin + PPM' please say.

Look, I can add (including the Generals stuff) all sections there and create new download scripts (or adapt the ones for the site).

We can also start Generals supporting forums and create a hell of a propaganda to spread the word.

I am sure the contents are compatible with PPM.

Yes, and if needed we could move faster to Origin.

Although I would email the author of the files (since they were originally donated to Editing Source/RESCEN and not PPM) before uploading them in PPM....

You could give PPM a re-vamp during moving to Origin too.

Sk8erkid started working on some graphics to make the PPM site "flow", "connect". We'll do few changes to the current layout, but considerable ones....
