And now for something completely different.

Ed and I have been working on a cart for gandalf the grey, for no particular reason other than we thought it would be fun. It will most likely be featured in the campaign cinematics, and I'm sure we'll find some other uses for it.
Don't worry though, its not gonna be an alternative mount for gandalf, that would be, well stupid.

So, first up, here's some renders:

And some ingame screens:

and lastly, a whimsical video of gandalf cruising through various regions in the cart

Hope you guys like.

Hmm....alternative mount? :thumbsupsmiley: Maybe when he's grey? Never really liked the grey gandalf on shadowfax...

I'd actually like to have the cart in the game, replacing Gandalf the Grey's Shadowfax, like Yoda said. The reason being, that I don't wanna play the game with Easter eggs. Just never took to Easter eggs.

yea i couldnt ever see it as a normal mount in mid-battle because it just makes no sense; hense the easter eggs. i mean gandalf never did, nor would he ever, ride to battle in a firework-filled cart.

mmmm, thats different because imo a cart hampers gandalfs ability to use his magic and his cart was obviously not built for combat but instead for travel. its like the ricketiest cart ever built; i mean it seriously would not work out well for old gandy :thumbsupsmiley:

Doesn't look very rickety from shikari's pictures.

And he can launch fireworks out of it!

based on the movies it is quite rickety. true, he could launch fireworks, but that would be more of a fear-inducing tactic imo.

This is so Amazaing! He's good enough to be in real game instead of Easter Egg.
As somebody suggested, replace him to gandalf the grey's mount ability.
So he could move faster and give him a power What powers could he have?
Firework that causes fear to the enemy?
