well as you may notice i have somewhat of a stretched out Sig, how ever im trying to cut the size down by sticking it inside a table using HTML code

how ever it reads that i am trying to use a long signature, could the restriction be lifted or made higher so i may use a table to cut the size down?

<table width="100%" border="0" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0">

That, and you have placed the images spaced apart underneath each other. Not a good idea when there's so many.

Please cut down the size of your sig by removing some of the images. We're not turning on HTML in signatures, you'll just have to choose what image(s) you're going to use.

Atleast you know what im asking about to a degree, Im not asking "how big is my sig dudes!"
Im trying to cut the area it takes up without removing mods im working on, It would be nice if we could atleast have the table tags added. If you can READ table code you would see that the size of it would be cut down by possibly half if not more, and I plan to remove my noodle image soon.

You could make your signature much more effective if you had one image, and then listed off in text what mods you work on (link to them) and what you do for them (one line per mod). You'd have a normal-sized sig then. Also, the amount of empty space between all your images is silly.

This still stands. Don't space them apart.

Dont worry i just dicovered a line break somehow creates two returns instead of one, you need to use a space instead of a simple return. I hope the gaps are gone now but that still doesnt answer what im asking though. It shouldnt be to hard to add the table tags to signatures. is there a particular disadvantage or possible problem with tables?

EDIT only using spaces is fine if the windows width isn't to great. else it screws up. feel free to get a working sig for me because im getting tired of not getting it working properly.

I couldn't help replying to this, digi, you do realize he's the server technician, he quite possibly knows more about html code then nearly everyone in this community, and by nearly everyone I mean everyone short maybe 10 people if that

I realize what you're saying, but we are not turning on HTML in signatures under any circumstances. There are just far too many ways to screw up the forums if we allow HTML. If you really want your table, just Photoshop all the images together into one big image, and try to fit it into a reasonably sized file.

yeah, copy images, paste in paint, arrange/resize so they fit nicely, upload image at photobucket or something, then if you want links make them from text underneath

i think it would look much better that way(or sig is kinda a mess of little userbars and normal sig images...)

and yeah, keep signatures how they are, you dont need to add any more functionality to them....

I understand why you have to keep all those images so separated. It'd be really hard to put them together.

Have you tried a few simple things, such as smaller images or limiting the amount of shit?
It's just a fucking signature. It's not a gallery. It's not a mass reference page. Just get your shit in order and sort out that hideous signature.

Its funny how no-one complained or said anything about my Sig before, Then I post this thread asking for some help to minimize the size of my Sig.

I have gotten some wonderful advice with my Sig and i thank you when i get some free time i will take care of this, But other then a few helpful posts I get attacked by immature users who try to flame me down, I don't know what your issues are but go somewhere else if your going to flame me, its not wanted here and it'll get you no where.

Good effort, now quit complaining and switch the order of your pictures. A little symmetry and organisation counts.

What would you know? You're a guest poster, and as such don't even have a signature. Nobody here gives a shit about your opinion and nobody will until you get yourself a proper account. Even then, no promises.

DIGI_Byte, your sig was a bit on the large and jumbled side, but it was fine really. I would recommend trying Destroyer's method; Photoshop it together and size it down a bit. There are loads of ways to sort it all out.

Its only messed up before because line breaks and url tags together give a double linebreak. Is this an issue to be addressed in the .css file?

I have an idea of what to do with the Sig but i need to get around to it.

@Ghost: Tell some one who cares.
Appologies about the link above in ghosts name, since he's a guest I cant pm the image.
