This simple guide will walk you through installing the custom maps that we have available on our Website.

-> Firstly download the .zip file from the site
-> Unzip or extract the files
-> Place the folder containing the map files in your RA3 custom map directory
- XP: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Red Alert 3\Maps
- Vista: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\Maps

Load up the game and you're away. Easy as that!

It should be the same as the Vista setup, I'd assume.

Sorry, but it isn't. I even searched for the file and get nothing...it would be easier to revert back to XP i guess. But i just want to play on those RA3 maps...thanks by the way!

Odd, I can find that folder on my Windows 7 partition. You know AppData is a hidden folder, yes?

I've typed it in, but i get the readme files that talk about the AppData folder. nothing else. man this is such a pain! On the otherside, I have another question, but where is the thread for the first decade? i just bought it and tried to play it on my computer, however C&C1 and RA1 both have that weird colour problem, not to mention the others dont work. weird...thanks again

the folder in win 10 is hidden so you need to show the hidden folders then go here :

C:\Users\ (your user name ) \AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\ Maps
