i just made RotWK 2.01 (i don't think i did that before) and i get this exact same error.

Oh and, after updating RotWK to 2.01 i reinstalled the mod

I installed the patch 2.01, the mod version 1.06, but the game stills the same.
What can I do?
I dont know which things change in main menu.
Can someone take a screenshot to show me what changed from the normal version to the mod version?

Please I am desesperate.

i am loving this mod, but i cant seem to install it. i am using mozilla firefox and when i download it. it becomes and a blank page with the mozilla firfox sign. so when i click on it it doesnt come up with any folder or files. its driving me crazy and i would do anything to get this mod!! help please!!

I can't select a custom hero while playing with Rohan faction. Disappointing :(

I can only play the first map both in evil and good campaign, did I do something wrong with the installation? Do I need to have The Lord of the Rings: The battle for the Middle-Earth 1, installed to play the campaign?

In addition, I cannot find any update anywhere, is this MOD dead?

i love this mod too but i think its dead because i see no change after a year now i play Edain mod from http://www.modding-u...ng=&path=news#t its better and stable try that one

Unfortunately, I think this mod is dead, to answer the questions of some others. I've been following it for a long while, but there have been no updates at all lately, no news from any of the team... I think it's kaput, and this is very sad.

It is most likely dead, seeing as the creator's latest post was about a year ago; however, some of the devoted fans, not including myself since I downloaded the mod just last month, think that he will eventually come back. I highly doubt the mod will ever be 100% complete unless someone steps up and takes over the completion process.

(SRY ı Click reply wrongly I am writing still^^ )hi rj mate, you have done an excellent work realy^^. at game single player, when I get allies vs to computer , my allies don't attack/respond like the other side ;and I always lose .or 1vs1 ,even computer enemy doesn't see my my troops at outside ,when I move my troops somewhere it automacicly sending its troops to destroy me,it even see my troops so I even didn't able to win a single macth vs to a brutal enemy. furthermore at evil side there is almost no many big changes like at good side . at isengard,mordor,goblins,angmar there is a few new changes realy ;but at good side there are many new units. maybe you would add nice units from these 2 mods too: battles for gondor;and some nice units from ridder clan mode.I believe so after these 2 mods will combine with your magnificient mod there will be appear an uber mod we will have ever seen at lord of the rings battle for middle earth II ROTWK game^^. I wrote these because I want to see your mod the best ;I just want to stay with your mod to play this game,I want to be loyal to just a 1 mod at BFME II :ROTWK game. it is like 1 ring rules everything ,your mod covers everything^^. if you and other mates respond this comment I will be glad ,take care your self RJ-ROTWK team's mates.I am waiting your new version cool mod soon.see you ,bye

I hope a new version comes out eventually.. RJ-ROTWK mod is for me the best thing about this game. It´s a totally new game, new fun and new experience. I´ve loved the new elves factions and modifications.. I hope a 1.07 comes out pretty soon. Greetings from Brasil to you all!!

It's been a really LONG while since the leader (Rob) has gone. And no one can take up the step to leader since it's his mod.
So we can call it "dead" for now. This is one of the best mods so far. I've been checking the forum every now and then, but he never shows up.

Maybe someone can send him a message and ask for a permission to temporary lead the modteam?

And by the way if you want to play the campaign mode, you need to go into War of the Rings mode and start from there. If you get stuck in the first map then
that means you start from the Main Menu which isn't completed atm.

Who knows he might be checking this forums and if he sees lots of fans here, he might have the inspiration to come back lol
Anyhow he's got his own stuff in his life. He's got a family.

I hope so he´s reading the posts and eventually decides to "get back to work" lol I´m doing my part as a huge fan of the mod. So, let´s hope that he finds some extra free time to work on a new version or maybe someone else who knows about modding jump in and keep his amazing work going on..
