various bugs

1.) In WOTR mode "world view" cannot upgrade when a unit is placed on a territory with a armory such as mordor pikeman to banner carriers, along with orc trackers, Morgul orcs and Morannon orcs along with heavy armor and forged blades and flame arrows

2.) In battles the orc tracker banner carrier runs way faster than the horde itself

3.) When putting down tainted land, the light does not show on the units to know that they are recieving the armor upgrade.

4.) When a horde upgrades a level not all individual units gain a level some are left behind to the previous level.

5.) Snaga is very weak his extra power is pretty useless, but I guess all the Nazgul's make up for it so can't complain!
