They'd kill each other :p Sauron kills Gandalf with his Fire Ball thing, and Gandalf kills Sauron with his Istari Light.

In my opinion sauron must not die only a istari light.Because he is very strong according to other heros in book.He must take them with single fight.

Unfortunately, that unbalances the game.

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.

Its really hard to do a 2v6 comp stomp if you don't get all you heroes fast and some units right after. Me and Ring of Fate have failed a few times but now we got the hang of it but still there pretty good.

I did a 3v1 game as Gondor against Hard AI Mordor, Mordor, and Isengard and I never got further than 30 feet from my castle until the very end when the AI ran out of scripts to use and I was able to use my lvl 10 Aragorn/Gimli/Legolas with all my summons and the Army of the Dead to finally push out and win. But like I said, that was only because the AI ran out of scripts. The AI even managed to bring down 2 walls and my gate but my heroes were able to hold them off and they didn't press the attack as much as they should have (the WK with his This is my Hour spell would have doomed me if the AI had used it).

The AI will hold its own in the mod :p but it still isn't as good as a human player would be.

Well, here's a document with some screenies of the blue wizards power. I didn't save the screenshots as pictures, but just pasted them in a folder. Enjoy! the first is a healing power, the second a fireball power, and the third is a wizard's blast!

Is the Hard AI the only version of the game´s AI to be modified, so that if one wished to play solo, they would have to play Hard matches only?

I'm not sure. I only edited the basic AI scripts that tell it what to buy and when, I assume that they are used by all three levels of difficulty but I don't know that for certain. I did update all levels of AI spell purchases, so the AI will definately buy the new spells in Easy and Normal as well as Hard. Maybe one of our testers could test that and find out? *hint hint :p *

Two new units for your viewing pleasure: Gondor and Rohan siege ladders
GondorSiegeLadder.jpg

And new Heavy Armor Uruks:
UrukShields.jpg

And I also have redone the Rohan cavalry heavy armor (made the horse armor look more like leather... no more gold armor!) and Rohan peasant heavy armor (same thing: more leather/chainmail. less gold) skins but I don't currently have any screenshots of them. The Gondor Tower Guard also have new regular/Heavy Armor skins but you've already seem them in Beregond and the previous screens of the TowerGuard. I just went back in and fixed a bug so that they would work properly.

Uruks with shields, excellent!! :p

Gondor and Rohan seige ladders, hmm... an interesting idea. But only Mordor is going to be the evil faction with Walls, and the Good factions arent really about seige, as much as the evil factions, and it more or less detracts from their real nature as they never really laid to any great forts, except perhaps Gondor, in the days of the Umbar Wars against Castamir the Userper.

But its your mod and I should by no means contradict what you present as acceptable. It will certainly add quite a change to gameplay.

Ironically, he went against the Beta tester's wishes on the seige ladders. :p
Edit: Well, MOST of them. :p

lol, I highly doubt it will change bfme forever, but it should be fun :p Glad you like it :p

Yeah, I decided to go ahead with the siege ladders because if you are doing a mirror good game at some point you will have to siege your opponent's castle and I wanted to provide more options than just cataputs (treb / ents) and battering rams ( ram / ents). I don't expect these to be used very often but I wanted to provide them just in case. Besides, it only took me something like an hour to get them both fully working and in-game so cost/benefit wise, it seemed worthwhile.
