This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

The Vittorio Veneto Battleship is a member of "Littorio" class (later renamed "Italia") and you can see them in the assault ship analysis

A) Released a diver who attached mines to big ships, before swimming back to the sub and sailing away before detonation
B) Got close enough to release 1 or 2 torpedoes at such close range that they could not miss or be stopped.
As you can imagine, such contraptions were practically deathtraps for thier crew, but since thier size allowed them to get so close undetected they proved to be quite successful.
