Is it just me or are a lot of the newer Revora staff newbies to Revora.
There are Staff members with only a couple weeks experience here, I even so one with only 10 posts.

I'm curious because shouldn't people in positions of power around here have more experience here.
I even saw that Segwayrulz is a staff member now (no offence intended to him) but it seems to me a lot of staff hiring done of late seems weird.
Why are a lot of the staff? what do they offer to the Revora community.
It seems that anyone can be made staff outside of T3A.

I want to know the reason behind a lot of these choices and who makes them.

I got booted from represenative to make more room for the new guys. But this should be private 'members only' talk since it does sound like some weird conspiracy thing.

im staff because I applied, but I have no idea who the n00b staffers are, they dont even have a division or anything. one of them had only 4 post's, which is abit too nooby for my liking

They were trusted by Elder God from other sites and he's in charge of recruitment. ... Although wasn't Immortal God also a guy who appeared from nowhere as staff? Not just staff... and admin. I'd say ask him since he's the root.

Rad, didn't they start the new IceForge thing? And when you start something new, ofcourse you need more staff people :p

Well, Seg and I are IceForge *quickly swallows the purple end of a candy* and the two new staff are PR. Since TEG is PR head along with Digz, I suppose he's entitled to recruit his own PR staff.

Revora Staff make the decision. We have our own shiny forum that only we can see and we make the decisions.

I say "we", I'm not really Revora Staff but as I'm purple I get to see things.

I saw the staff forum once... it was too shiny; I had to retreat back to the confines of T3A. It was a lucky escape, I tell you.

(Forgot to comment last time) Well that is logical, but I want to know why people here; people we know and trust, couldn't handle the jobs.

That's a good point, Pasidon. Some members who have been here longer don't get on the staff, but others who have maybe 10 posts and joined a few days before get on the staff. That seems kind of risky, as we don't know if the new members will stay on. Of course, some of the new members who are put on staff have good reputations on other mods, which makes them eligible for staff even though they just joined up.
