Just a bit of heads up LordLT, your posts when asking for help are less than an hour apart on most occasions, not everyone can come on and look at your post every single hour. Try following the tutorials on the T3A site and they will make your skills improve and make sure you grasp the basics of what yiu're trying to do, with some going further in depth.

When you are writing new please look before what i said .Thanks.
(I already looked tutorials.)

What tutorials have you looked at? What problems are you encountering with them? It's all about trial and error. If something does not work, try again. I rarely get anything to work perfectly fine on my first attempt. The best way to learn is by fixing your own mistakes. Use the forums when you get really stumped and we'll try to help out best we can. This does not mean though that we will answer everything for you. Learning something new can't be done overnight. If you really want to be serious and become good at BFME modding, then you need to dedicate at least a year to learning. Heck, I've been doing this for three years and I'm still learning. You just got to be patient and take everything one step at a time instead of becoming overwhelmed with a million different things. :good:

I've been quiet on this topic (as I usually am).

When people say do it yourself they are not be vindictive, lazy or mean.
They speak from experience in most cases.

If anyone is going to advise in this matter I think it's me.
My mod has 16 factions but I didn't start with that many.

My mod started with adding 1 faction and grew from there.
I added more factions as time went on but I worked on them day and night.
LW has been going for over 3 years now and it's still not finished even though I'm the fastest modder in the west.
A mod like yours will take years to make team or not.
RA was going for around 5 years before it died and it had a talented team behind it.

You can make this mod but you have to really think about it.

I'm curious though how do you have an Istari faction?
There were only 5 of them and they weren't all friends ;)
