I've finished the Etenmoors mission on my game but as soon as I go onto the Blue Mountains mission the game crashes. Is this going to fixed in the next beta?

Also, in the Etenmoors mission, the Mirkwood Archers don't have any textures and are simply completely bright green.

Finally, not really a bug, but a balance issue... The second evil mission (grey havens) is completely impossible there are too many elven ships to take down with the fellbeasts and the evil battleships. It's not just hard, it's actually impossible. :(
I think the increased cost of ships has led to less ships being available for you to fight with and the increased health of the elven ships mean it's really hard to take even one down quickly...

What is being done to recitify these?

Thanks in advance,

-Prince of Mirkwood
Ignited into the world in a flash of lightning, it gleams faintly in the heart of its mother, wood. It begins as an ember, a mere wisp of heat and colour. Its chance of survival at this critical moment is minute, yet it fights on, against the unforgiving cold, against the depths of night and against its mortal enemy: rain.

I don't know exactly why these bugs occur, but since SEE is developed for skirmishs, the campaign might have some problems with the new whole situation. I also have started the good campaign and the Goblins come and attack as usual, but building one contingent takes nearly eternities. Build times etc. have been changed, but the enemy still attacks with the same amount of units like in the original game because nothing there has been changed (why should it have been changed till now) so it isn't a surprise that your fellbeasts and ships can't take down the elven ships. But as far as I know an adapted/proper campaign is planned for a later version of SEE. So I think you can look forward to the new campaign and, as advice, play the campaign with the vanilla game. IMO there is more fun this way.

Nothing. At least until we actually tackle the campaign. Postponed until public release of beta 4.7 (at the least).

Alright... That's ok, but do you know what's causing the problem at least?

Sure.

1. Renaming of Objects (like drogoth, spiders, creeps, galadriel etc.), so the campaign scripts, which still use the old names, fail.
2. Stat changes for Skirmish which totally unbalance the missions.

Yeah, HOPEFULLY we'll get to the campaign eventually, but it will NOT be until the "basic" mod (skirmish) is done... 100% done, as in all units, factions, etc added. Same thing with WotR (which doesn't even interest me, hehe).

WOTR was a very good thing because it actually made you feel like you had armies to control, and if you trap an army, and defeat them, the army gets totally destroyed, unless they have a territory nearby to flee to. It has its problems, though. The armies are way too small, consisting of 6 battalions at the most.
