Good to see you, Rob :p
It has been reported that some victims of rape, during the act, would retreat into a fantasy world from which they could not WAKE UP. In this catatonic state, the victim lived in a world just like their normal one, except they weren't being raped. The only way that they realized they needed to WAKE UP was a note they found in their fantasy world. It would tell them about their condition, and tell them to WAKE UP. Even then, it would often take months until they were ready to discard their fantasy world and PLEASE WAKE UP

Just starting Scryer? I think you put the situation lightly!

But yeah, I am definitely glad to see you around again Rob. It's been far too long, I think...

I know that I sound redundant here, but I'm glad you're all right, Rob.

And playing LotRO with your kids is AWESOME.

Careful. This link is DANGEROUS. Do NOT click it. This one, however, is fine.

It's great to hear from you Rob. I know that everyone was worried.
I hope that all of your family life goes well, and that you will be able to get around to modding again.

Great to see you back, Rob, I breathed a sigh of relief when I read your post. Although your message is bittersweet, to say the very least. I hope for the best for you and your family, as always, and I always will. Family comes first and foremost before the mod, under any and all circumstances, no matter what. I'll say that forever. So I understand why you've been away, even if some others will not.

If you turn over the reigns to the mod though, I'm not sure how this is going to turn out. You're the project leader, the Captain as it were. Turning it over now could be very detrimental not only to the progression of the mod, but to the overall quality. You've done some amazing work, you and the whole team - don't let anyone think for even a moment that I'm trying to say that others on the team aren't able to step up and take control, or that they're lacking in the mettle to produce a great mod. I'm simply stating that it won't be the same. It would take away from it.

This is Robs mod, the way I see it.

But, you've got to do what you've got to do. Either way, great mod - the ONLY mod for ROTWK, I say. Hands down, the absolute best, bar none. Nothing even holds a candle, no competition at all. If you've got to turn it over, however, I hope I can speak for everyone and say that we understand. I do at least. But I certainly hope that things get better, and you can step up and work on this mod once more. It's the only reason I still play ROTWK.

All the best, Rob and team, looking forward to seeing how this turns out (unless it dies. Which, Odin willing, it won't.)

'The Twilight of Man is nigh, and coming ever closer. The days have shortened into cold, forlorn darkness and sunrise to sundown is a bitter struggle for survival. But do not think for a moment that we shall not fight. We shall not go quietly into the dusk. We shall not throw down arms and flee, or surrender. We will go on, we will not falter. And even should we die, we shall make an end that will be remembered for thousands of years. For beautiful Arnor that is, for glorious Númenor that was! We are the Dúnedain, we are the Men of the North, and our foes will remember our steel!'
