Please post all map related bugs here:

  • Pathfinding issues on Grey Mountains
  • Problems with Dol Amroth crashing
  • Plots don't show up on Dwarrowdelf
  • Caradhras camera goes mental if you use right-click to move
  • Khazad-dum also has camera problems
  • Morgul walls can be shot through (far left)

Fixed in 0.550:
  • Lack of tactical markers on most new maps
  • Add trees to Far Harad
  • Mountains of Mirkwood says spiders as creeps, but there are goblins.
  • Passability problems on Gollums Cave
  • The map Forochel says snow trolls as creeps, but there are goblins.
  • Several maps, such as Far Harad, lack trees, which make lumber mills useless.
  • Dwarrowdelf, Gollum's Cave, Khazad-Dum, Shelob's Lair still need to restrict lumbermills
  • Minas Morgul still needs to restrict Mumakil Pens inside the fortress
  • Mumakil should be disabled in Rhudaur because they cant cross the bridges so they are useless
  • Dwarrowdelf needs restrictions on siege stuff and lumbermills
  • The map Swanfleet says only warg creeps, but there are also goblin lairs

- Mountains of Mirkwood says spiders as creeps, but there are goblins.
- Why does mordor/isengard has 800 command points on all maps and gondor, rohan and erebor 400 command points. Is that normal? Too much if you ask me.

Aren't those command points normal for unmodded BFME?

It's 400 for mordor and isengard and 200 for rohan and gondor.

- New map description error: The map Swanfleet says only warg creeps, but there are also goblin lairs.

The number varies depending on how many players are in the game. 400:800 is for a 1v1 game.

Also: There is a spot on the left hand side of the walls on the Minas Morgul map where archers outside can shoot through and attack your buildings.

The c-like hills in Gollum's Cave map are walkable from the other direction.

I hope it's clear? ;)

Bug? The Carrock is unwalkable but the RA screen-shot gallery showed Beorn climbing it.

Caradhras and Khazad-dûm are bugged - you can't scroll properly. Impossible to play :(

Already in the first post. Note that that only happens if you use right-click to move the camera.

The Carrock has never been walkable. And none of the screenshots show Beorn climbing it, though there are several of him next to it.

I remember matt commented those screens and only said Beorn climbs it , he was actually showing the Carrock's stairs.

Not really a bug, though, but I'm a huge fan of those lumberjack orcs

Right, I checked the screenshots again after I posted and it wasn't walkable. It'd be pretty :shiftee: ing cool if it were walkable though... *hint hint* *wink wink* *nudge nudge*

Lumber mills should be disallowed in Shelob's Lair, there aren't any trees in the cave what makes the mills useless.

That's already on the list (and already crossed out ;)).

Got rid of most of the bugs. No idea what to do with the camera bugs, game crashes or the Dwarrowdelf plot problem.

On the map The Carrock, Rohan can't build the Entmoot. Very expensive farms are possible, though.

That's a bug that's been in the game since forever.

Not really a "bug", but more of a design flaw - Just played the Shelob's Lair map as Gondor, starting on the Right-hand camp (does that make sense? :p ). The cave walls and the camp walls overlap, causing some of the map to be inaccessible except by taking the long, spider-infested way round :p . While it's still playable, it does give Gondor a distinct disadvantage, as they cannot access a settlement plot or two early on.
