Hey, I got a problem

I downloaded EA Download Manager to the computer (to update Spore for my wee brother) and the damned thing (Being made by EA obviously caused this

) won't install. I try to open it, the wee timer thingy comes up on the mouse like usual...and then nothing happens. If anyone knows how to help me, please do

It doesn't matter, the Spore Wiki said you could only get patches if you used the EA Download Manager, it lied
