EAW gold patch issue

hey guys i got the gold pack of EAW and i know it comes with all the latest patches but for some reason it still says i need to download the patch and i cant get on multiplayer online. now ive tried just installing it or pressing ok but all it does is says that its already up to date and no matter what the message still comes up that i must install the update. can anyone please help me
