C&C:R Mod launcher (MS-DOS, no-GUI version)

Here can be found the updated version of the MS-DOS batch executable I developed for the v1.0.6 mod release (or newer) and can be used in those cases where the Mod Manager can't enable the mod.

I strongly believe that the problem reported by some people with the C&C Mod Manager that don't enable the mod is exclusively admin permisions, but since I can replicate the problem I decided to re-write the old MS-DOS batch executable used years ago for pre-1.0 releases. Now this MS-DOS Mod launcher is compatible with the system used by C&C:R 1.0 or newer.
