Some of the dwarves in the Battle of Azunilbizar concept have horned helmets.

Hey Guys, I found an interesting picture on the Armour of the Dwarves :

Would anyone happen to have more pictures of the Dwarves in Armour, I need some more references to help me with the modeling and such.

I would say that that is a pretty great design sheet right there. I am sure someone has posted a colour picture of the grim hammers. Sooner or later however, Games Workshop is going to release these dwarves as miniatures (although I am not too sure how long that is away).

Thanks I was looking for a clear shot of the helmet and it looks about the same as the drawing I made of it.

Passed the image onto DIGI to make the helm for me. :p

Dear Lord these are way too expensive. But there are some wonderful pictures of the Games Workshop The Hobbit miniatures.

There are also a 360 turn-around of the miniatures.

Nice! Shouldn't those cloaks of the Rivendell knights be red? Other than that, they look sweet.

So that shield of the Rivendell knights is how it officially looks like?

Yeah, I think that the painters Eavy Metal made a mistake with the colour of Knights, Elrond is the correct colour. The shields are official. ;p

Everything is correct, colours and shields. ;)

Who's got a good picture of The Necromancer! I need it now. :)

On the Games Workshop site there is now Thror, generic Warriros of Erebor, and Warriors of Dale.

My favourite, of course is Lindir. http://www.games-wor...atId=cat970003a

The Warriors of Dale look great! I knew they had curved swords ;). I've never seen the Erebor Warriors like that in the movie. I thought they all had full plate armor?

Those were the Grim Hammers who had the full plate armour, the warriors are basic troops. I have seen them in Chronicles Art & Design.
